Our Terminal Insulators protect live power connections from accidental shorts. Several standards require that continuously charged connections must be protected from accidental shorts, which our product range fulfils.

Our insulators are available in multiple colours, materials and sizes.#  

The 200 Series Terminal Insulators are designed to protect ring and lug terminals.  
They are available in sizes from 12mm up to 34mm diameter and are manufactured from PVC, which has a 105°C temperature rating.

Optional features include extended length for longer terminals and can be manufactured in 5 colours.

While the 200 Series line is commonly used on inverters, starters, windlasses, chargers and other high energy connections, it also works for many applications and helps your products comply with industry safety standards.

The 200 Series Terminal Insulators work with stud and eyelet terminals.

This Series can be ordered with an extended (E) length for longer terminals.

Where applicable, some of our products contain our Blue-Dot Technology. This technology indicates when a conductive fastener (nut) is utilised in place of a mechanical fastener. These conductive fasteners will carry current in a more efficient fashion and must be kept in their factory installed location.
