Our customized solutions are developed to meet real application requirements. Through close collaboration between our sales and product team, integration centre and production unit customers are supported in identifying the most cost-effective and technically optimized solution for their needs.

Each project starts with a clear understanding of the application. Based on these requirements, one or more products can be combined into a single customized item, ordered under a unique part number. This streamlines logistics, simplifies assembly, and contributes to a lower total cost of ownership throughout the entire product life cycle.

Customized solutions can range from application-specific packaging and pre-assembled subassemblies that integrate directly into existing systems, to mechanically assembled units and complete system designs developed from a customer specification or initial idea.

Rocker switches installed into truck and bus dashboard, mainly in order to control vehicle accessories and functions.

We offer a fast and flexible service of unique styling of symbols in order to meet end-customer unique requirements.

We take part in the design of the symbol, we produce through laser edging and supply according to customer request and setup.

In-Cabin Control Panel for Defence Vehicle

For in-cabin control of vehicle function customised to fit the narrow scenery of the cabin design.

Customized rugged control panel with integrated switches, power outlet and indicator made of solid aluminium to meet customer requirements.

We delivered a customized control panel on Plug & Play level with high level components from our own product portfolio.

High Voltage Circuit Protection for Commercial Vehicles

Circuit protection with circuit breaker included, 440VAC

The unit gives circuit protection for on-board load when connected to the grid. Design was made by oss with a rugged aluminium casing rated IP69K. Unit includes HVIL–circuit.

We were a development partner from idea to serial production.

Battery Pole Fusebox (IP54) for Mining Equipment

Main fuse is located close to battery pole and ensures safe circuit protection.

Application demanded to include fuses in the range from 10A to 500A wich resulted in special assembly by our own production unit.

We supplied a mounted fuseholder ready for production line with special features.

Battery Cell Connection for Electric Vehicle

Electric vehicle battery packs require reliable high voltage connections. Conventional solutions faced challenges in durability and assembly.

A female connector with round lamellas ensures stable contact. Male contacts with Cu-plate welding provide low-resistance joints

We delivered the battery cell connector system for EV applications. It is adapted for sliding, rotatable assembly and one-hand unlocking.
