AK 6-fold wire connector

6-fold wire connector is a robust and versatile solution built for demanding industrial environments. It features a high-strength housing made of PBT+ASA-GF20, offering superior resistance to UV exposure, mechanical impact, and extreme weather conditions. Therefore, it is perfectly suited for both indoor cabinets and outdoor installations.

This connector is equipped with six stainless steel M10 bolts, each capable of handling a tightening torque of up to 33 Nm. For applications requiring lighter torque, an M8 variant is also available. Inside, the conductor rail is made of tin-plated copper (Cu), ensuring both excellent conductivity and long-term corrosion protection.

Installation is straightforward and flexible. The box includes break-out-able cable entries, which allow technicians to tailor cable routing as needed. Moreover, integrated drainage channels in the base and lid support overhead installation, even in humid or wet environments.

Secure mounting is ensured by four locking screws and M8 threaded inserts integrated directly into the housing. A key advantage of this connector is its customizable bottom plate, which can be modified to house a Midi fuse. This eliminates the need for external fuse holders and enhances system compactness and safety.

The product also supports interchangeable bushings to accommodate different cable diameters, including 9.5 mm, 17.0 mm, 19.0 mm, and blind options. Despite its compact size (96.0 × 86.0 × 51.5 mm), it provides high performance in space-constrained environments.
