Amplex AiTRON-8C seamlessly combines IoT and AI capabilities into manufacturing operations, offering a powerful yet compact HMI that combines reliable computing, rugged durability and flexible connectivity. It is powered by the Alder Lake-N Processor, accelerates AI-ready performance with integrated CPU and GPU capabilities. Supporting DDR5-4800MHz SO-DIMM memory up to 32GB and an M.2 2280 M-key slot for high-speed storage. These features enable real-time analytics, machine communication, monitoring, machine vision, and more — quickly and efficiently.

 

For broader application availability, the AiTRON-8C offers rich I/O, including 2 x USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A, 2 x USB 2.0 Type-A, 1 x COM, 1 x HDMI 1.4, and 2 x 2.5GbE LAN ports. It also supports optional Wi-Fi & Bluetooth module via an M.2 2230 E-Key slot and LTE/5G connectivity modules through M.2 3042/3052 B-Key slot. Additional I/O expansion options include extra COM ports, USB 2.0, or an integrated power button. With these flexible configurations, the AiTRON-8C ensures robust connectivity and seamless integration for IIoT applications.

 

The AiTRON-8C is available in multiple display sizes, including 7” / 10.1” / 12.1” / 15”/ 15.6” / 21.5” TFT-LCD with projected capacitive touch. It features a rugged yet slim design with a narrow border, edge-to-edge bezel, and a true-flat front panel rated IP66 for water and dust resistance. Compared with other HMI series, its ultra-slim design makes it lighter and easier to install, while maintaining durability.

 

Its enhanced thermal design improves heat dissipation via an optimized heatsink while supporting a wide operating temperature range from -20°C to 60°C. The robust aluminum housing and optional sunlight-readable display ensure reliable performance in both indoor and outdoor environments. In addition, the AiTRON-8C supports optical bonding, anti-glare (AG), anti-reflection (AR), anti-fingerprint (AF), and anti-UV coatings to resist intense sunlight, dust, and moisture in harsh industrial or semi-outdoor.
