Axiomtek NA348 Desktop Network Appliance

Axiomtek NA348 desktop network appliance is compact, powered by Intel Atom® x7211RE, x7433RE or Intel® Processor N97. It combines flexible network connectivity, storage expansion and hardware security in a space-saving platform. This makes it suitable for firewall, VPN, network security and edge computing applications.

The NA348 supports one DDR5-4800 SO-DIMM slot with up to 16GB of memory. For network connectivity, it provides four 2.5GbE RJ-45 ports powered by Intel® I226-V controllers. In addition, users can choose between two Gigabit Ethernet RJ-45 ports or two 1G SFP ports, depending on the SKU.

A pair of LAN bypass ports between LAN3 and LAN4 supports network continuity. The appliance also features onboard TPM 2.0 for hardware-based security.

For storage, the NA348 offers one M.2 Key M 2242 slot with SATA 3.0 support and one SATA 3.0 connector for a 2.5-inch HDD or SSD. Furthermore, an M.2 Key E 2230 slot supports Wi-Fi expansion. A Mini PCI Express slot with a Nano SIM socket provides support for LTE modules.

The system includes two USB 3.2 ports, an RJ-type console port, a reset button and a GPI button. It supports 12V DC power input and offers both desktop and rackmount power connections.

With dimensions of 44 x 231.9 x 152 mm, the NA348 fits compact network installations. It operates at temperatures from 0°C to +40°C and supports Linux.
