Description

The E-T-A HVR10 is a high-voltage hybrid relay designed for demanding applications in electrified powertrains, energy storage systems, and charging infrastructure. Engineered with cutting-edge hybrid switching technology, it seamlessly combines electro-mechanical isolation with advanced semiconductor technology to ensure arc-free, low-wear operation. With a voltage rating of 900V DC, a maximum handling capacity of 1000V DC, and a continuous current rating of 300A, the HVR10 delivers outstanding performance even under extreme conditions. It is capable of handling high short-circuit currents of up to 5000A for 25 milliseconds until the fuse trips, ensuring superior system protection.

 

This compact yet powerful relay is designed for long-term reliability, offering up to 50,000 switching cycles under load while maintaining efficient operation with minimal power consumption.
