Powered by the NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX 16GB, the InHand EC5550 AI edge computer delivers up to 100 TOPS AI performance for advanced edge AI applications. Designed for industrial environments, it combines powerful AI processing with reliable 5G/LTE, Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity, making it suitable for applications where real-time data processing and dependable communication are essential.

A comprehensive range of industrial interfaces includes 2 × Gigabit Ethernet with PoE, RS-232/RS-485/RS-422, CAN FD, digital inputs and outputs, USB 3.2, HDMI and GMSL2. Support for industrial protocols such as Modbus, EtherNet/IP, OPC UA, DNP3.0, IEC 61850-MMS, BACnet and CNC enables integration with machines, control systems and other industrial equipment.

Reliable operation is supported by dual SIM connectivity, multi-level link detection, automatic redial and a built-in watchdog. Security features include TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot, while the fanless metal housing, DIN-rail mounting and 9–36 V DC input make the EC5550 well suited for demanding industrial installations.

With DeviceLive cloud management, users can remotely configure and manage device parameters, containers, applications and firmware.
