Nuvoton KA44171A Bruschless Motor Driver IC

KA44170A is a Pre Driver IC for single phase Brushless Motor.

 

DC or PWM signal can be applied for motor speed control input. PWM soft switching function and motor current phase setting enables motor current direction to switch smoothly, achieve high efficiency and silent driving.

 

Wide supply voltage range allows use of various external power MOSFET. motors using 12V, 24V and 48V power supply can be driven with this IC. KA44171A is equipped with APRaS (Advanced Phase and Rapid Soft switching) to optimize high speed motor performance.

 

With a wide input voltage range of 12V, 24V and 48V, this IC is most suitable for usage in data server, base station, home appliances, office automation and factory automation (for high speed fan motor < 100krpm) equipment.
