Quectel LTE-A EG512R-EA 4G Module

The EG512R-EA is an LTE-A Cat 12 module in an LGA form factor measuring 38.0mm × 42.0mm × 2.65mm, which is designed according to the 3GPP Release 14 , and which delivers eMBB-optimized peak data speeds of 600Mbps downlink and 90Mbps uplink. The EG512R-EA is optimized for networks in EMEA, Australia and Brazil.

EG512R-EA supports Qualcomm® IZat™ location technology Gen9-VT (GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou/Compass, and Galileo). The integrated GNSS greatly simplifies product design, and provides quicker, more accurate and more dependable positioning capability.

A rich set of Internet protocols, industry-standard interfaces and abundant functionalities (USB drivers for Windows 7/8/8.1/10, Linux, Android) extend the applicability of the module to a wide range of eMBB and IoT applications such as 4G routers, CPE, wireless POS terminals, consumer laptops, industrial PDAs, video transmission, rugged tablet PCs.
