Quectel LTE Cat 1 bis EG800Q

Quectel EG800Q is a series of LTE Cat 1 bis modules optimized specially for M2M and IoT applications.

Designed in a compact and unified form factor and based on 3GPP Rel-14 LTE technology and supporting Cat 1 bis, it delivers maximum data rates of up to 10 Mbps downlink and 5 Mbps uplink. Designed in a compact and unified form factor. The series consists of two variants for different geographies – EG800Q-EU (Europe) and EG800Q-NA (North America).

A rich set of Internet protocols, industry-standard interfaces and abundant functionalities (USB serial drivers for Windows 8.1/ 10/ 11, Linux, Android) allow the module to serve a wide range of M2M and IoT applications such as asset management, commercial telematics, payments, RMAC (Remotely Managed Access Control), smart safety and automation, smart metering and smart grid.
