Quectel LTE EG21-G Mini PCIe Module

The EG21-G Mini PCIe is an LTE category 1 module in a standard PCI Express® Mini Card form factor measuring 51.0mm x 30.0mm x 4.9mm, which meets the 3GPP Release 11 standard.

The module delivers maximum downlink rates of 10Mbps and uplink rates of 5Mbps under LTE, and backward compatibility with existing EDGE and GSM/GPRS networks ensures connection even in remote areas without 3G or 4G coverage. In addition multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) technology meets demands for data rate and link reliability.

The EG21-G Mini PCIe supports Qualcomm® IZat™ location technology Gen8C Lite (GPS, GLONASS, BDS, Galileo and QZSS), and the integrated GNSS greatly simplifies product design, and provides quicker, more accurate and dependable positioning. A wide range of internet protocols, industry-standard interfaces and functionalities (such as USB serial drivers for Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11, Linux, Android and eCall) allow the module to serve a wide range of IoT applications such as smart metering, wearable devices, environmental monitoring, asset tracking, fleet management, and security systems.
