Forcing of maximum air cooling
Our flexible modular design allows individual profiles to be combined, enabling the creation of customized high-performance heat sinks. Thanks to variable width and length configurations, each heat sink can be adapted to fit the available installation space. The design supports fan sizes from 60 mm to 120 mm and widths of up to 364 mm, depending on the profile. For optimal airflow, we recommend using pressure chambers.
Seifert modular heat sinks are designed for dual-sided mounting, as the base and fins form a single, seamless unit. The smooth side surfaces can also be used as mounting surfaces for additional components.
At Seifert electronic, we have developed and patented a unique cold-pressing process that eliminates the need for adhesives. Unlike conventional heat sinks with press-fit fins, our design enables direct heat transfer from the base into the fins, significantly improving thermal performance. The face-milled base allows for custom fastening holes, while the lateral end fins can be used for secure mounting.
We offer customized heat sinks, including open-profile designs, where the length is fully flexible, and the width can be adjusted within a predefined grid. If you don’t find the right solution in our standard product catalog, we can manufacture bespoke heat sinks with CNC machining for optimized forced cooling. Small quantities and prototype samples are also available at competitive prices.
