Traco TPP40E & TPP65E AC/DC Converters

The TPP40E and TPP65E are high-performance, compact AC/DC modules from Traco Power with power ratings between 40 and 65 Watts, designed for industrial and medical applications. They are available in both PCB and chassis mounted versions and offer reinforced double I/O isolation according to latest medical safety standards (60601-1 3.

 

Low leakage current (<100 μA) makes them suitable for BF applications. With a high efficiency up to 94%, they can deliver great power density in a compact design (4.3″ x 2.2″ for chassis mounting, 3.2″ x 2.2″ for PCB mounting).

 

They operate over a wide temperature range, from -40°C to +80°C, with power derating above 60°C, making them suitable for use in harsh environments. They are equipped with EMC features dedicated to medical and industrial applications. The TPP40E and TPP65E use high-quality components and have excellent thermal management, providing high reliability and making them an optimal solution for safety and space-critical applications, including medical devices.
