Shielding effectiveness with an attenuation of 110dB in the frequency range of 30 MHz to 1GHz is attainable (MIL SPEC G-83528, para 4.6.12)
Typically exceed 110dB shielding effectiveness regardless of shape, size or compressed state beyond 10% of relaxed heigh

The Rectangel shape is especially useful when a small dynamic range of compression or a low profile is necessary. Easy installation by groove mounting or pressure sensitive adhesive.
