Customised production for each application
No industrial applications is the same. Requirements for temperature, vibration resistance, performance and interfaces vary greatly between industries. That's why we offer flexible production and customisation in Kungsbacka, where each unit is built and verified according to the specific needs of the project.
We work daily with assembly and modification of industrial computers, such as panel PCs, box PCs and servers. Our engineers can adjust components, customise cooling, assemble special boards and integrate accessories to ensure optimal performance in the customer's environment.
For mechanical solutions we use CAD design and 3D printing done in-house to quickly produce high-precision mounts, prototypes and mockups. This results in shorter lead times, faster verification and the ability to test different options before series production. Our production area can accommodate up to 40 units at a time, giving us the capacity to handle both small series and larger volumes with the same high quality.
Software, configuration and testing
The hardware is just the beginning. In Kungsbacka, we make sure that every system is also software ready to use. We install and configure Windows, Linux and Android-based operating systems, and also adapts specialised solutions such as ESXi for virtualised environments.
Through cloning, scripting and automation we can reproduce identical installations on multiple devices - a prerequisite for efficient serial production and easy support.
We also carry out BIOS and firmware updates, optimising settings and ensuring that each computer is tested for both performance and stability before it leaves our production floor.
Our production pre-configures the hardware for seamless onboarding to Microsoft Intune, allowing the end customer to quickly and easily connect the devices to their Intune environment without extra manual handling.
Quality assurance and labelling
Every delivery from Kungsbacka goes through rigorous performance and load tests to ensure that hardware and software work seamlessly together. We offer cost-effective laser engraving in our own production, as well as labelling for traceability and documentation. All labelling is tailored to customer needs and contributes to high quality, clarity and safety in the field.
Our RMA handling is both fast and efficient thanks to long-lasting relationships and high attention to detail with our suppliers. This allows us to resolve issues smoothly and minimise downtime for the customer.
Should something still need to be addressed, we also handle troubleshooting, repair and RMA processes. The local presence in Kungsbacka means that we can provide quick feedback and short lead times in service cases - a security for our customers.
