Quality Control and Production Efficiency
Consistent marking quality is essential when producing components with specific symbols, text, or designs. Our optical inspection equipment allows us to assess the sharpness and quality of markings and adjust process parameters or artwork when necessary.
We also develop dedicated fixtures to ensure accurate positioning and efficient handling during production. These can incorporate poka-yoke features that help prevent incorrect positioning and support a controlled, repeatable process.
With two laser machines, we have additional production flexibility and can help minimise the impact of machine downtime. Combined with dedicated fixtures and optical inspection, this supports efficient processing from initial samples to recurring production runs.
Packaging and Labelling
In addition to laser marking, we offer packaging of finished components in bags with customised labels.
Our packaging process includes label printing, automatic label application, and bag sealing. Labels can incorporate customer logos and product-specific information, while bag formats can be adapted to the application and packaging requirements.
Product handling is currently performed manually, while labelling and sealing are automated. By combining marking and packaging, we can help simplify production and deliver components that are marked, labelled and packaged according to customer requirements.
